Friendsgiving

Traditional Thankgiving can be wonderful, but it’s extra special to gather chosen family and friends for something less traditional, more free-for-all, where everyone participate and anything goes.

Many of us host Friendsgiving dinners on a November weekend before the official holiday, inviting folks to potluck, be creative, and try things that won’t get a spot on the traditional table. This is also a great time to do plant-based dishes and non-poultry meats, like a tenderloin or a roast.

Our in-house chef, Anne, has shared her Friendsgiving plan with us and wow, are we hoping for an invitation. This is a stand-out menu and looks like a party we’d want to go to.
