Korean-Style Cured Cucumbers

We are excited to share our new line of Momofuku products available exclusively at Good Eggs. To complement any of the dishes  from this Momofuku X Good Eggs collaboration, we suggest making these simple but tasty cured cucumbers. 

Ingredients:

  • 3 small cucumbers 

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers after washing.

  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, salt and sugar.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or up to a few hours. 

  4. Before serving, drain liquid from the cucumbers. Enjoy!
