Good Eggs launches new video podcast From the Source: Meet the People Behind the Food.

Good food does not start on a shelf. It starts with the people who grow it, make it, cook it, and care deeply about how it gets to your table.

That is the idea behind From the Source, a new Good Eggs series featuring the farmers, producers, bakers, chefs, and makers behind the food we carry.

In each episode, we’ll go a little deeper into their craft, sourcing practices, values, and the choices that shape what they make.

For our first episode, we head into the kitchen with the chef helping shape Good Eggs’ prepared meals. COO Chris Jocson interviews its very own R&D Chef Anne to talk about what it takes to make food that is genuinely convenient without giving up seasonality, ingredient quality, or thoughtful preparation.

It is a behind-the-scenes look at one part of Good Eggs customers do not always get to see, and the first of many stories we are excited to share.
